Ingredients
2 fresh small angel food cakes
½ cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
3/4 cup siggi’s Vanilla 0% skyr
¼ cup shredded coconut, toasted
Preparation
Top each round of angel food cake with a layer of skyr.
Layer fresh strawberries.
Add a dollop of more skyr.
Sprinkle with toasted coconut.
